Elaina Olivia Chong

CEO
Previously a government scholar-turned-entrepreneur, Elaina's academic thesis was founded on sustainable development, majoring in the economics of international eco-tourism and industrial agriculture/food chain business operations. She is presently a businessowner managing several enterprises developed upon these intellectual foundations. Prior to Real Kaiten over the past 10 years, she owned a financial PR cum investor relations consultancy, advising a global corporate clientele base from China, Dubai, Malaysia, Indonesia & Hong Kong and Singapore - across a vast spectrum of industries from water treatment, chemical logistics to food, retail and environmental technologies companies. She was a professional advisor in her own specialty capacities of corporate fundraising, sponsorships and investor relations with mainstream media liaison and communications experience.  

Elaina applies solutions from many real case investment successes in the first world, chanelled through Real Kaiten; to bring Green technologies into emerging markets. At the 2010 World Green Building Council/Inaugural SGBC Conference held at Marina Sands Conference Singapore, Elaina was invited to speak on the topic of "Creative Financing for Green Project Owners".  

A social-cause advocate in her free time, she is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Singapore South, a Member of the Young People's Action Party Executive Committee and the Singapore Mensa Society. Elaina particularly enjoys "behind-the-scenes" volunteering in various community & non-profit organizations for Elderly Citizens.

Albert Teo

Deputy CEO
Ambassador, Mongolia National Olympic Committee 
Albert is “The Man with Many Strings”.  With a wealth of experience in international relations and emerging economies, Albert's extensive and close professional network with numerous diplomatic and governmental agencies worldwide brings to the table tremendous trans-border business & trading opportunities. Trained in business logistics with an expert hand in commodities & agriculture trading, Albert has run multi-business platforms all over the world and invested in many emerging markets including Nigeria, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Botswana, and India. Albert is a core directional head in Real Kaiten handling the global operations and international relations of the business. 

Albert is the only Singaporean who has been appointed the Ambassador of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee for South East Asia. He receives the honor for representing Outer Mongolia for the world's first Youth Olympic Games to be held in Singapore August 2010. He has been recently awarded a Gold Medal in Mongolia, by the President of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, in recognition of his efforts to create succesful bilateral relations between sporting institutions in Mongolia and Singapore. He was also a past Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Singapore.
 

Ooi Kok Chan

Director, Technologies
With an extensive experience in IT and engineering, Kok Chan has more than 25 years in R&D, pioneering cutting-edge equipment technologies in the private sector. In 1994, Kok Chan was instrumental in his role as an Engineering Manager at Motorola Electronics Pte Ltd, Motorola Manufacturing System – Asia, specialising in Realtime and Multi-tasking programming, High-Speed and Precision Motion Control, Vision Guided motion and Vision inspection.

He then co-established Inchone Pte Ltd in 2000 where he successfully created and implemented the Company's e-Learning Management System; a platform well-received by an illustrious clientele including Singapore governmental agencies and notable commercial companies such as Civil Service College, Defense Science and Technology Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs etc. 

He later joined Aurigin Technology Pte Ltd as Senior Manager in 2003, designing and developing high precision automation equipments. These include Laser cutting, Water Jet cutting, flux dispensing, DNA microarray dispensing, pick and place (Ball Grid Array, Flip Chip), vision inspection; integral to the Company’s expansion into international markets of America, Europe, Japan and Asia.Kok Chan received his B Eng (Hons) from the Nanyang Technological University in 1985.As one of the founding directors of Real Kaiten, Kok Chan envisions exciting potential in areas of environmental engineering, and brings to the table his expertise to develop new innovations to spur the adoption of green technologies.

Lin Kao Min, Walter

Technologist (Heat Exchange, Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning) 
Steeped with over 25 years of vast experience in the Environmental technology business, Mr Walter Lin has been delving in Research and Development as well as Technological diffusion and Commercialization work in Taiwan and the R.O.C; promoting for green businesses such as Eco-Energy Development Co., Ltd, TranSeng Technology Co., Ltd and Heat Pump technological advances in Hellow Moon Co. Ltd. Having received Governmental appointment as Executive Director of the Green Energy Technology Assocation (R.O.C), Mr Lin has been commissioned to spur green initiatives via regulatory, social as well as mental and psychological platforms. His personal propaganda is to personalize and individualize the green revolution with his HVAC technologies. 

Chew Boon Seng

Project Manager (Sustainable Development and Construction)
A specialist in the fields of building construction, soil investigation and foundation works, Mr Chew is steeped with over 35 years of experience managing prominent projects all over the world. Armed with an international portfolio, he has worked with industry heavyweights as Fugro, McAllen Engineering, Sato Kogyo, Kajima Construction, L&M Geotechnic Pte Ltd, Soil & Foundation Pte Ltd, McCallan Engineering, Rotary Piling, LBG Corporation. Some of the notable projects he has completed over the years include Genting Resort (Malaysia), Citibank Tower (Penang), Pacific Building (Taiwan), Raffles City Building, OCBC Building (Chulia Street Singapore), Changi hangar (Singapore) as well as several others in Brunei, Sarawak, Thailand, Vietnam (Hanoi) and Saudi Arabia.
