The Real Kaiten Group is in the business of actualising and implementing ecologically sustainable solutions in Renewable Energy & Urban Agriculture.
Under the Group, Real Kaiten is a designer, R&D engine and global distributor of Clean Technologies. With a growing in-house engineering and R&D team, the Company productizes energy-saving, earth-loving patents to develop their practical applications for mass infrastructure projects. Its mission is to be a facilitator of CleanTech Transfer from the first world into developing countries under our IQEDENTM brand.
To accelerate this process and lower invention costs, Real Kaiten Consultancy & Investments develops its own markets for these technologies; through direct investments in infrastructure & facilitating private, creative financing arrangements. This division participates in projects within the green Energy and Urban Agricultural sectors in emerging markets for the infusion of these technologies.
The Group believes in pushing new frontiers of environmental engineering. Our efforts bring patents to life, through in-house technological innovation & "Green" project financing programs. Whilst we are working on many innovations, the Group is kicking off Real Kaiten's green agenda with our patented LED lighting technology first. We recognize conventional lighting to be major guzzlers of electricity and resolve to provide a fast solution to this bane and render more safe streets all over the world.

Test Project Bright Green! Sentosa Island, Singapore
Real Kaiten embarked on Project Bright Green! on the sunny island of Sentosa. This is a test pilot program on the island commencing Feb 2011 in three different locations on the island, namely Palawan Beach Track, Sentosa Golf Club and Serapong Hill. At Palwan Beach, we switched from the current 150W metal Halite to our 90W LED which helped to efficiently reduce the energy consumed by 60%.
The 70W HPS at the Sentosa Golf Club were replaced with our 60W LED and this showed a
significant energy reduction of 65%. Lastly at the Serapong Hill site, the 150W HPS were replaced with our 150W LED and the energy reduction was 21%

Real Kaiten had the privilege of hosting an influential delegation from the Ordem Dos Arquitectos De Angola [Institute of Architect of Angola] that was in Singapore from the 2- 5 October 2011.
Graced by the Counsellor Carlos Cruz de Lemos Sardinha Dias from the Angolan Embassy in Singapore,their visitations to various agencies and companies in Singapore included also a tour of the Zero Energy Building at the Building Construction Authority Academy.
